I’ve spent my career building real businesses – not advising from the sidelines. From launching retail operations and ecommerce platforms to founding and scaling a food-ordering SaaS and marketplace to 1M+ users and generating over $100M in revenue for small businesses, I’ve lived the challenges founders face every day. And through all of it, one thing has been consistent: I’ve always turned to technology, automation, and systems to build the operational edge that made growth possible.

Serial entrepreneur and operator with over two decades of experience building, scaling, and exiting businesses. $100M+ in revenue generated for SMBs. Founded two registered nonprofits. Received a letter of recognition from the U.S. Secretary of State for nonprofit efforts.

After successfully exiting multiple companies, I saw a pattern: most business owners don’t need more generic advice. They need a trusted operator who understands execution, systems, growth, and decision-making at scale – and who has actually done the work, not just studied it.

I started Lightsaber Consulting to work directly and hands-on with businesses, founders, professionals,  and leadership teams – helping solve complex business problems, modernize operations, and build companies that are scalable, efficient, and resilient.

Technology and AI aren’t tools I discovered recently. They’ve been central to how I’ve built every business and organization I’ve ever run. Across SaaS platforms, marketplaces, ecommerce operations, and multi-location retail, nonprofits, the consistent competitive advantage has always been the same: using automation, smart systems, and technology to move faster, do more with less, and build operational infrastructure that doesn’t break when volume increases. Every engagement I take on is approached through that same lens – not because it’s a service offering, but because it’s genuinely how I think about building businesses.

How I Work

Every engagement I take on starts from the same place: understanding how the business actually operates before recommending anything. Not what the org chart says, not what the founder thinks is the problem – how work actually flows, where time actually goes, and where the real friction is hiding.

From there, the approach is always operator-first and technology-forward. That means designing clean processes before layering automation on top of them, using AI where it creates genuine leverage rather than adding complexity, and building systems that make the business less dependent on any single person – including me.

The goal of every engagement is the same: a business that runs better, scales more confidently, and is worth more.

I don’t consult on things I haven’t done. Everything I bring to a client engagement is grounded in real operator experience – what actually works, what doesn’t, and what the textbooks never tell you.
